The recipe of Cointreau® is simple and natural since its creation. Its character and excellence lies in the rigorous selection and assembly of sweet and sour orange peels.

Cointreau® Liqueur 40% vol.

Stemming from a process of distilling barks of sweet and sour oranges selected for high taste qualities, added with pure sugar and 40% vol. of alcohol, it is a pafacially balanced liqueur.

Aroma and Flavour Description: Powerful citrus notes from the bitter orange. Freshness of citrus and candied fruit notes from the sweet orange. Excellent length and lingering finish.

Cointreau® Liqueur 54% vol.

Stemming from a process of distilling barks of sweet and sour oranges selected for high taste qualities, added with pure sugar and 54% vol. of alcohol, it is a powerful liquor rich in notes of oranges.

Aroma and Flavour Description: Powerful aromatic orange notes. Highly powerful, zesty fruit juice notes with excellent length and lingering finish.

Cointreau® 60% vol.

Derived from the same process of distillation of peels of sweet and sour oranges selected for their great taste qualities. Without added sugar, it is a very powerful natural flavor grading 60% vol.

Aroma and Flavour Description: Zesty notes from the peel of bitter and sweet oranges. Citrus complexity with excellent length and lingering finish.

Cointreau® 76% vol.

Derived from a process of distilling barks and macerations of sweet and sour oranges, supplemented with maceration of oranges at 76% vol. of alcohol, without added sugar. It is a very powerful natural flavor.

Aroma and Flavour Description: Highly powerful aromatic intensity. Fruity, highly zesty notes typical of marmalade and candied fruits, complex and lingering.
