A dinner of thanks

04/26/2022 - It’s around an orange dinner organized in the walls of Cointreau distillery that we invited several Angevin catering professionals, in the presence of Carole Quinton, the nose of the House of Cointreau, Alfred Cointreau, descendant et first ambassador of the brand, Jérôme Schuster, distillery Director, and Frédéric Ratajczak, Rémy Cointreau Gastronomy Director.

The main purpose of this evening was to thank this pastry chefs and restaurateurs to promote Cointreau throughout the year in their establishment.

The highlight of this dinner: Frozen Cointreau soufflé presented by Emmanuel RYON, MOF glacier and World Pastry Champion.
