New recipe of iced entremets

01/28/2022 - This entremets created by Pastry Chef, Raphaël Giot (Patisserie Giot, Lasne, Belgium), is composed with a milk ice flavoured with Cointreau and a lemon confit on a sponge. All gold, it evokes the sun of Provence, hence its name!
