Nice demonstration in the Netherlands

10/12/2021 - The ‘Patisserie College’ association is composed of over 85 Dutch patissiers and bakers. At the annual meeting, they share their experience in the most diverse areas. The event took place on 5 October. With our importer, VIPAM INTERNATIONAL, tastemakers of trends appreciated by Chefs, we held a presentation on Cointreau, with Paul SEGERS and Marc DUCOBU, Belgium Relais Desserts, whose Cointreau Mille-feuille and Profiterole recipes appealed the audience. The travel cake, Mirror of Loire, has also attracted attention from professionals.
