01/20/2023 - Chef Otto Tay's tastings delight our visitors! Our ambassador presented several of his creations: peanut cake & Mount Gay rum, Cointreau earl grey raspberry cake, Cointreau Dim sum (recipe available on our site on this link) decorated with Cointreau pearls, and Cointreau vanilla mascarpone cream verrines.
