2021 BRUYERRE demonstration

09/17/2021 - Each year-end, in partnership with Les vergers Boiron, Silikomart, Candia, Leman and Rémy Cointreau Gastronomie, our Belgian importer, BRUYERRE, organizes its demonstration of pastries.

On Monday 4 October 2021, Raphaël GIOT, bronze medalist in 2009 World Pastry Cup, and Willem VERLOOY, elected Best Belgian Pastry Chef by Gault & Millau in 2016, will present their creations in Gosselies. In the spotlight, 6 recipes with Cointreau, The Botanist gin and Mount Gay rum.
