10/04/2023 - On October 17 and 18, Emmanuel Ryon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Glacier, World Pastry Champion and Relais Desserts, will give a master class organized by Ranson in collaboration with Carpigiani, Debic and Rémy Cointreau Gastronomie.
The theme will be ice cream, featuring Cointreau, St-Rémy brandy, The Botanist gin and Port Charlotte whisky.
