When Carole Quinton, Maître Distillateur Cointreau, had the idea of flavoring La Mémère ice cream with Cointreau, she went on the campaign trail! David Wesmaël, MOF glacier, was enthusiastic, and Mathieu Singeot, dairy farmer in Eancé and producer of La Mémère ice creams, was convinced… as soon as he tasted it!
This trio of enthusiasts has just brought to fruition a magnificent project that highlights the ultra-short circuit in the Maine et Loire region: the creation of La Mémère Cointreau ice cream, available through the organic farmers’ network.
