8 figs
50 g sugar
20 cl St-Rémy® brandy
Vanilla ice cream
50 g macadamia nuts
Step
On a small baking sheet, place the figs and sprinkle with sugar.
Add some macadamia nuts.
Add the St-Rémy® brandy.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
In a plate, arrange the figs harmoniously, then a scoop of vanilla
ice cream.
Sprinkle some fresh macadamia nuts on top.
