Sadaharu Aoki’s career

Sadaharu Aoki is a world-renowned Japanese pastry chef whose creations subtly blend French and Japanese pastry traditions.

After starting his pastry career in Japan, Sadaharu chose France to deepen his knowledge and develop his skills. He worked in several renowned Parisian patisseries where he perfected his art.

In 1998, he opened his first store in Paris: his innovative, elegant creations were an instant hit! Today, he has several establishments in Paris, Tokyo and Nagoya. Sadaharu likes to use Japanese ingredients such as matcha (green tea), yuzu (Japanese citrus) and black sesame in his aesthetically pleasing, refined and well-balanced pastries.
