Throughout the year, our Ambassadors create new recipes using Rémy Cointreau Gastronomie’s brands of excellence: Cointreau l’unique, Rémy Martin fine champagne cognac, Mount Gay rum, St-Rémy brandy, Metaxa Greek spirits, Belle de Brillet pear liqueur.

They complete and enrich our library, bringing their originality and diversity while reflecting current trends. A wealth of sweet and savoury recipe ideas at your disposal!

A mine of information for you

This section is also intended to be a source of inspiration, sharing culinary knowledge (cooking techniques, tips, chef’s tricks, etc.) and advice. It aims to answer as many questions as possible: how to prepare a marinade? how to flambé a meat? how to deglaze? or how to make a successful tiramisu? It will also help you choose your spirit according to the ingredients used in your recipe, thanks to the food pairing concept.
