A special Christmas log

This recipe was specially created for this week’s pastry workshop for staff at Distillerie Cointreau. Composed of a soft cocoa sponge, an orange confit flavored with Cointreau and a milk chocolate cream, it was a great success.

Participants particularly appreciated the harmony of flavors, the contrast between the sweetness of cocoa and the acidity of orange, enhanced by the delicate aroma of Cointreau. The milk chocolate cream adds a smooth, gourmet touch that completes the dessert perfectly.
