250 g strawberries
25 g sugar
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon Cointreau® 40%
4 yellow peaches
4 apricots
raspberries
Step
Quickly wash all fruit except raspberries.
Pit peaches and apricots.
Hull strawberries.
Blend half the strawberries with the sugar.
Stir in lemon juice and Cointreau®.
Pour mixture into individual cups.
Cut the peaches and apricots into quarters and spread over the
strawberry mixture.
Sprinkle with raspberries and strawberries.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve
