Quentin Gallopyn is sous-chef.

"Graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de St-Ghislain, I joined Chef Benoît Neusy at the restaurant L'impératif (1 Michelin star) in Roucourt, after a few years spent with Vincent Gardinal at the Prieuré Saint-Géry (1 Michelin star) in Beaumont.

 

On the SOMMELIER side:

With more than 30 years of experience in sommellerie, Rodolphe Quéhé has teamed up as a sommelier with Benoît Neusy since 2004.
