A look back at the Bruyerre demonstration

The 2024 edition was a great success! Over a hundred participants took part in yesterday’s demonstration, featuring desserts by renowned Belgian pastry chefs Jean-Yves Wilmot and Pascal De Deyne.

On the program? Six recipes, including Cointreau entremets, Pleine de passion, Iles du Vent rum-glazed truffles and the Cointreau Cookie log.
