Alexis and Manuel Bouillet will be presenting several recipes: Caketail Margarita Cointreau, Cointreau strawberry chou, St-Rémy chocolate macaroon, gâteau nantais with Mount Gay rum… The twin brothers, both passionate about gastronomy, brilliantly revisit the great classics of French patisserie by integrating the RÉMY COINTREAU GASTRONOME brands.
