BELLE DE BRILLET, the exquisite alliance between pear and cognac
Belle de Brillet is a refined French liqueur, born of the alliance between the sweetness of Williams pears and the complexity of cognac. Created by Maison Brillet, a family-run business with a history dating back to the 17th century, it embodies a craftsmanship handed down through ten generations.
Each bottle contains the equivalent of 18 pears, carefully selected and distilled in Anjou, then blended with High Environmental Value certified cognac. No additives, colorants or neutral alcohols are used, guaranteeing exceptional purity and aromatic intensity. The emblematic pear-shaped bottle is a tribute to its creator, Jean-Louis Brillet, who conceived the liqueur in 1985. Belle de Brillet can be enjoyed on the rocks, as a digestif or in cocktails, revealing fruity and vanilla notes.
Today, it is produced with a commitment to sustainability and authenticity, and is part of the Rémy Cointreau group, which shares these values.
