01/12/2023 - In preview on SIRHA, pastry chefs, Alexis and Manuel BOUILLET, will teach you their new creations. Great classics of French pastry revisited: flan, charlotte, cake, soufflé,... flavored with Cointreau, St-Rémy brandy and Mount Gay rum.
