Over 70 people attended Jean-Michel Perruchon’s presentation in Shanghai (in 3 sessions). The event showcased the benefits of Cointreau, St-Rémy brandy, Iles du Vent rum and Amaretto in the preparation of several desserts created by the MOF pâtissier for the occasion.
