This year, our Belgian distributor RANSON welcomes Tanguy Coelis and Anais Gaudemer to demonstrations in Hoeselt, Bruges and Brussels on September 30, October 1 and 2.

Anais Gaudemer is a talented French pastry chef, renowned for her refined floral creations and innovative approach to patisserie, to be discovered at her Cokoa patisserie in Brussels. As for Tanguy Coelis, head of the Manus patisserie, a veritable institution in Belgium, he has made a name for himself thanks to his unique creations and attention to detail.
