RÉMY COINTREAU GASTRONOMIE brands at MOBAC SHOW
At MOBAC 2025, our importer Nichifutsu Shoji plays a key role in presenting innovative equipment and quality raw materials. The RÉMY COINTREAU GASTRONOMIE brands feature prominently on its stand: Cointreau, Mount Gay rum, St-Rémy brandy and our 2025 novelty, Amarena Cointreau.
To promote these candied black cherries, bathed in a liqueur subtly flavored with Cointreau, several tastings are offered to visitors. From gourmet cakes to raisin rolls revisited in a version with Amarena Cointreau, the aim is to demonstrate the benefits of this new ingredient. Its unique flavour, both sweet and bitter, adds an intense touch and originality that also blends perfectly with chocolate bases, light creams or even iced preparations.
We’ll be sure to share some photos from the show with you this week.
