The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is an international event representing all the world’s pastry-making professions. During the competition, 3 pastry chefs (an ice cream specialist, a sugar expert and a chocolatier) team up to take on the various challenges in their respective fields.
The ASIA qualifiers have just taken place in Singagour. We were lucky enough to admire the pieces from teams representing China, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea, Indonesia and Japan. True masterpieces!
In a fiery atmosphere, the name of the selected team was revealed this morning: Japan!
