10/16/2023 - Jean-Michel Perruchon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France pâtissier, will be hosting a demonstration at our importer SAVPOL on 7, 8 and 9 November, in the cities of Lödz and Krakow.
On the programme? Preparation of several recipes, including a cake, an éclair, a special Christmas dessert and a travel cake, flavoured with Cointreau.
A master class organised in collaboration with SAVPOL, Les vergers Boiron, Barry Callebaut and RÉMY COINTREAU GASTRONOMIE.
