Two workshops for professionals
Two master classes were held last week in Fujian Province, China: the first on Thursday for customers in Xiamen, and the second on Friday for customers in Fuzhou and Quanzhou. These two-day workshops offered a true immersion into the world of our spirits and their creative use in pastry making.
Each session brought together a dozen passionate professionals who came to discover and test six original recipes showcasing our flagship products: Cointreau 60, Père Magloire Calvados, Iles du Vent rum, St-Rémy Brandy and Amarena Cointreau—a new product just launched on the Chinese market that has generated a lot of excitement.
Recipes from our ambassador, Laurent Luo
The creations proposed and demonstrated by our ambassador, Laurent Luo, mainly took the form of refined desserts with silky textures and harmonious flavors, revealing the full aromatic richness of our spirits. The chef also created two brioches, one with Cointreau and the other with Iles du Vent rum, demonstrating the many possibilities for incorporating our products into baking recipes.
These demonstrations particularly piqued the interest of participants, who were eager to push the traditional boundaries of pastry making.
The friendly atmosphere, exchanges between professionals, and the quality of the creations greatly contributed to the success of these events.
The reception was unanimously enthusiastic, the feedback very positive, and several participants expressed their desire to reproduce the recipes in their own establishments.
