SIRHA 2025: The countdown has begun!

The International trade show for the hotel, restaurant, catering and gastronomy industries opens its doors on JANUARY 23rd! This not-to-be-missed event takes place every 2 years in Lyon, so don’t miss the 2025 edition!

For 5 days, you’ll have the opportunity to discover the latest trends, innovations and new products, as well as attend culinary demonstrations. A major event for all those who want to stay at the cutting edge of the food and catering industry!

On the RÉMY COINTREAU GASTRONOMIE stand, two internationally renowned chefs

Alexis and Manuel Bouillet, pastry chefs with impressive professional careers, will be present on our stand 4C36. On the program: cupcake around a Cointreau Margarita caketail, Cointreau strawberry puffs, St-Rémy chocolate macaroon and Mount Gay rum cake.
