Pastry tastings by pastry chefs Alexis and Manuel Bouillet

To appreciate the power of our culinary flavours, come and taste our pastries with Cointreau, St-Rémy brandy or Mount Gay rum, imagined and prepared by Manuel and Alexis Bouillet. This afternoon, we unveiled the recipe for this delicious mini Margarita cupcake: when our Ambassador Manuel Bouillet is inspired by the Margarita cocktail, he imagines a mini cupcake in which lime perfumes cake dough, whipped ganache and yuzu emulsion… Cointreau adds all its freshness and delicacy.
