His exceptional talent and passion for patisserie have won him the prestigious World Pastry Cup in 2019 with the Malaysian team.

Six creations by pastry chef Otto Tay, flavored with Cointreau®, St-Rémy® brandy, Rémy Martin® cognac and Mount Gay® rum, were featured on this day dedicated to gastronomy. The theme, centered on travel cakes, reflects a current trend that is winning over pastry lovers and gourmets in search of authenticity and refined flavors.

The participants were particularly interested in the calculations relating to the weight of the ingredients in each recipe. They also deepened their understanding of pairing with new possibilities for aromatic combinations, perfectly adapted to the preferences of their Asian clientele.
