Manuel and Alexis BOUILLET, twins in the city and… in the laboratory!

11/12/2021 - The French Pastry Chefs, Manuel and Alexis BOUILLET, created this year their consulting company, Twin’s Creative Lab, in Taipei, Taïwan. After launching their international career, they decided to combine their expertise and to offer their know-how in the sugar sector, in a custom built laboratory.
