Bruno Van Vaerenbergh’s career

Originally from Belgium, Bruno Van Vaerenbergh trained at the Ter Groene Poorte school in Bruges. He then perfected his skills during intensive training courses at Bellouet Conseil in Paris, the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux and the Lenôtre school. He began his career working with renowned chefs, including Pierre Hermé in Paris.

A passionate pastry master

Bruno Van Vaerenbergh is pastry chef and culinary director at Debic International. He is also a consultant for international schools.

He has built his career within major companies, where he has acquired in-depth knowledge of processes and product quality. He is renowned for his passionate and sensual approach to pastry, as well as for his commitment to passing on his know-how to professionals.

Bruno Van Vaerenbergh is also called upon to organize and guide culinary tours in London and Paris.
