Michalis Chatzikalimeris’ career path has always been dictated by his passion for creating exceptional desserts and his taste for innovation.

Michalis began his career at the Dorchester Collection, a collection of internationally renowned luxury hotels. He went on to perfect his skills in other prestigious establishments across Greece: Santorini, Mykonos and Athens, before finally taking on a leading role at the Four Seasons Astir Palace as Executive Pastry Chef.

This pastry artist creates unexpected taste experiences, brilliantly blending classic Greek flavors with global influences, in an inventive aesthetic.
