Laurent Moreno’s career
Laurent Moreno’s from the south of France, where he got his start in pastry and chocolate-making, before working at the Hotel Majestic in Cannes, the Tour d’Argent in Paris, then Fauchon, Ladurée with Pierre Hermé, and other renowned establishments.
As a consultant in pastry, chocolate and restaurant desserts with his own company, he travels the world giving training courses.
Le bonheur, a inevitable address
In 2018, he opened “Le Bonheur” in the heart of Paris. His store is renowned for its unique pralines and caramels, appreciated for their finesse and balance of flavours. Customers can discover original flavours such as pistachio-basil, sesame-sea salt and goji berries.
The patissier-chocolatier has built his reputation on an artisanal approach and attention to detail. He rigorously selects his ingredients and makes a point of creating high-quality products.
