Marc Ducobu’s career

Marc Ducobu apprenticed for three years with Wittamer, a prestigious pastry house in Brussels (Belgium). He also worked with leading Brussels pastry chefs such as Debailleul, Saint-Aulay and Mahieu.

In 2001, he won the Prosper Montagné prize, a prestigious distinction in the world of pastry-making. In 2003, he came third in the Championnat du monde de la pâtisserie in Lyon, and in 2005, second in the same competition.

A renowned patisserie in Waterloo

His Waterloo patisserie, opened in 2003, is renowned for its meticulously prepared classic and innovative creations.

Inspired by his travels, particularly in Japan, Marc Ducobu is constantly evolving his pastry-making. He is renowned for his ability to blend pleasure and know-how, offering a palette of sweet treats that make you rediscover the art of pastry-making.
