BRUYERRE – Excellence at the service of the food service professions

A demonstration at the end of each year

To assist food service professionals with the creation of their end-of-year desserts, BRUYERRE organizes an annual demonstration in October, led by two renowned pastry chefs.

This year, Damien Pichon and Nicolas Arnaud will be taking part in the event:

  • Damien Pichon, a Breton pastry chef and culinary advisor for Debic, captivates audiences with his accessible take on haute patisserie. Followed by more than 170,000 followers on Instagram, he creates simple, generous, and masterful recipes. Through his demonstrations, he inspires professionals and amateurs alike while leading a network of dedicated ambassadors.
  • Nicolas Arnaud, a French pastry chef based in Brussels, honed his craft in prestigious establishments before opening his own shop in Ixelles in 2012. His refined style, based on clean flavors and understated elegance, embodies contemporary French pastry making. Winner of international competitions, including the European Pastry Cup in 2016, he is also a judge and technical advisor for the Belgian team in the World Pastry Cup.

The two chefs revisit classics with boldness and refinement and will present six new creations based on our culinary flavors: Cointreau, Jacobert Kirsch and Iles du Vent rum.
