On March 3, 4 and 5, we headed for Tokyo to visit our importer NICHIFUTSU SHOJI, for 3 days already fully booked, with the two French chefs.
Earlier in the week, we discussed NICHIFUTSU SHOJI’s presence at MOBAC SHOW 2025 and the exhibition of our brands: Cointreau, St-Rémy brandy, Mount Gay rum and the brand-new Amarenas Cointreau. The company specializes in the import and distribution of French products, including ingredients for pastry and bakery. Founded in 1969, NICHIFUTSU SHOJI makes a point of promoting French gastronomic culture in Japan.
Two renowned French chefs to showcase Cointreau in their sweet and savory creations
Samuel Albert, winner of Top Chef in 2019, is head chef at Les Petits Prés restaurant in Angers. His cuisine fuses European, Asian and American influences, highlighting local products and flavors brought back from his travels.
Aurélien Trottier, a talented pastry chef also based in Angers, has been named one of the best pastry chefs in France by the Bottin Gourmand. Aurélien is renowned for his innovative creations and the desserts he creates in collaboration with his team of twelve pastry chefs.
A book of previously unpublished Cointreau chefs’ recipes
A selection of recipes imagined by Samuel Albert and Aurélien Trottier will be presented in Asia by the chefs themselves during a road trip organized by our importers SUN-IN CORPORATION and NICHIFUTSU SHOJI in partnership with RÉMY COINTREAU GASTRONOMIE. The aim? To demonstrate the benefits of Cointreau in both savoury and sweet recipes.
The creations of our two ambassadors will be available on our website in March… Stay tuned!
