When Belgian pastry chef Jean-Yves Wilmot revisits the truffle, the emblematic chocolate of the festive season, he reinvents it in several iced trios: pineapple-coconut-rum Iles du Vent, yuzu-ginger-Cointreau or fromage blanc-mango-passion… Originality and harmonious flavours are the order of the day!
